Warranty Policy

Because the majority of our products are fragile and can be used for activities that are legal in some states and not in others, we do not take any returns.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please reach out to customerservice@freshetech.com.  

Under no condition can we accept any returns of products that have been used previously.

We offer insurance to cover lost, damaged, and broken products during shipping.  If you opt out of this, you are completely liable for the shipping process.
