  • FRESHeBUDS
  • FRESHeBUDS Pro
  • Any other product that is not under 60-day warranty.

**Request return authorization by emailing CustomerService@Freshetech.com with your order #, name, and detailed message of why the product is faulty or defective and we will provide a return shipping label. ** 

We offer a 15-day return policy for products that are in new condition.

We also will help our customers with any issues they may encounter while trying to setup the product.  Most of the time when customers think something is wrong, it can be fixed by walking through the instructions together.

Notes:

  • Make sure the charger port cover is completely  This is the most likely place for water to damage the electronics.
  • Please make sure to read through the instructions, as most questions can be answered there.
  • Holding down the skip button will raise volume, while holding the back button down will lower volume.
