Singing in The Shower - A story from our LOYAL customer :)
It is often said that a song exists in the heart of every man. The truth of the matter is that there exists a rhythm, a melody, and a beat unique to the individual inside each and every one of us. Regardless of our innate talents, at one point or another during the day we will belt out a tune or hum along with the radio.
I have found that the best way to get my day started to sing along with a song while I take my morning shower. Normally, I just have my mp3 player belt out a song from the sink-side dock.
However, the speaker on the tiny gadget is tiny, and just does not seem capable of being louder than the thunder of the shower head. The difficulty I had in understanding the lyrics at the distance needed put a real damper on my attempts to sing along, and I give up half of the time.
I had just about given up on this endeavor when I stumbled upon a website during a slow period at work.
This site has a speaker that is waterproof, designed specifically for the shower. I bought it and waited the five days it took to get to my mailbox.
I was not sure if it would work, considering previous bad experience with a “waterproof” radio I had bought at a local store. After charging the device, I set the it down in the bathroom and went to bed.
The next day, I hopped in the shower and turned on the device. It was unlike any I had tried before. The music came in crystal clear, and at no point did the torrent of water muffle out what the singer was saying.
Over the next several days, I put the device through its paces. Thanks to the Bluetooth connectivity, any audio file my phone can play could easily be put through to the speaker. Class notes, pod casts, local radio… All of these came through in crystal clear definition.
I have been using this device for a week now – and I have a hard time understanding how I got my start in the morning before this device arrived in my inbox.
